		<description>Only just had a chance to look at this Sandy, as no internet access on holiday last week. This looks like a fantastic move for me as I have tight hip flexors and also piriformis issues.  Will definitely incorporate it into my workout when I get back to training on Monday. Will let you know ho I get on.  Thanks!</description>
