Kettlebell Swing Workout
By Sandy Sommer RKC on in Interactive Training Center, Training Tips & Tricks
Starting a new feature here today. If you sign up for my newsletter you can count on getting a good, simple and solid kettlebell (and maybe some bodyweight) exercises delivered each day to your inbox.
Today’s session couldn’t be simpler. Do some joint mobility work to get your body ready for some real work. I recommend the Maxwell Dozen.
Use the kettlebell that you can handle for Hard Style sets of 20. You are looking to create tension and relaxation in each swing. I’ve posted on Hardstyle Swings before here.
Do 25 sets of 20 reps. Rest as needed. Enough to maintain form. Nothing sloppy is allowed. Abort the mission if quality is not possible to maintain.

Buck,
Hope it goes well for you. After you finish it up I’d highly recommend the Primal Blueprint for sustainable nutrition.

Sandy,
Are you doing those with 2 hands or 20 on each?
