		<description>Having changed job and moved house in the last 9 months my focus is not as good as it was. So one goal this year is to re-focus. 
I can clean and press 16kg on some occasions and not others so confidence and consistency with this move. 
Also to finally nail the TGU to Chuzzy&#039;s uncompromising standard and move onwards and upwards with this move too. I was doing well with kettlebell inc&#039;s Christmas TGU challenge but have developed a wrist and elbow problem with my right arm so need to rest and get back to this in the new year.</description>

-Clean and press 32kg, current 1 rep max is 25kg on right, 20kg on left.
-Reverse bend a 150 x 6mm thick nail
-Pinch lift 25kg, current max is about 16kg

I have many things I want to complete this next year in many areas, it all boils down to being stronger and tougher and in better shape than ever before, and especially working on my grip strength.</description>
