		<description>I&#039;ve seen the Plyomax Surfing video on Youtube.  I must agree, I can&#039;t see the point in the initial box jump. Box jumps are good if you are doing multiple reps and on to stable surface (!) but doing one and then some balancing on a bosu ball does not make any sense unless the circus is coming to town.

The back to basics circuit is 10 x better and having tried it I can confirm  that it hits the whole body using all the core KB exercises.

Why people spend hours at a gym plodding on a treadmill and doing endless bicep curls and situps is a mystery to me when you can be far more effective by doing a 15 minute kettlebell circuit.

The modern &#039;corporate gym&#039; is filled with isolation, confusion, dissolution and ultimately disappointment. Horrible places!

Do the kettlebells outside too and you get the valuable Vitamin D that most people lack.
