A lot of my blog readership has expressed an interest in tracking my eating each week. Please remember that I am sharing this for informational purpose only. I converted over from a fairly strict Warrior Diet to the Primal Blueprint with great results. Not only has my body composition changed dramatically for the better but I have far more energy and have continued to add strength. Your results could vary. Please remember that there is an adjustment period. Most likely you are a “sugar burner” now and need to become a “fat burner.” Much of the “why” on that conversion is covered in Good Calories, Bad Calories.

Sunday: Raw Milk shake with coconut oil, raw cream, Strawberry whey. 2 Cod Liver capsules and 1 probiotic pill. Slept for 9 hours overnight. Dr. Bragg’s Raw Unfiltered Apple cider vinegar mixed with filtered water. Handful of raw almonds. Handful of raw cashews. Two hard boiled eggs. Sliced honeycrisp apple with brie, 4 slices of sausage mushroom pizza. 4 chicken wings. See, I eat questionably from time to time.:) Another whey shake with raw milk and coconut oil. Another serving of apple cider vinegar.

Monday: Did an intermittent fast that ended at 7:15 PM so it was approximately 27 hours. Broke the fast with a stewed chicken, left over venison, pint of raw milk and apple cider vinegar for dessert.

Tuesday: Raw Milk shake with grass fed whey and coconut oil, topped with raw cream. 2 grass fed beef patties with 4 slices of bacon, 2 slices of cheese. ON Oats and Whey shake. Beef Stew and big salad. 2 glssses of red wine.

Wednesday: Raws milk shake, with whey protein and coconut oil. 2 Cod Liver/Butter Oil capsules and a probiotic capsule. “Smart Bomb” post workout shake, water with whey and oats. Handful of raw cashew. 2 slices of onion and hot pepper pizza. Turkey garlic sausage with summer squash pasta made with the spiralizer, topped with parmesan cheese and spaghetti sauce with no HFCS. Guinness stout. Another pre bedtime whey shake.

Thursday: 4 egg omelet with raw cheddar cheese and bacon. Probiotic and Cod liver capusles. Raw cashews, Banana Strawberry smoothie with whey and water, Primal Chili with sour cream and raw cheddar.

Friday: Whey, Raw milk smoothie. Oats and Whey with water. Scrambled egg with cheese, bacon and spinach.

Saturday: Double Oats and Whey post workout “smart bomb” with strawberry and banana with water. Lots of raw cashews, apple, blue cheese, cheddar cheese. Curried chicken. sweet potato. Irish Coffee. 4 Harp Ales and a reuben with sweet potato fries (not primal at all).

As you can see, the one non primal thing I do on a consistent basis is take dairy. Raw milk has huge benefits though. See the Weston A. Price website. Also, I had some alcohol and a few other things non primal. No big deal though as I have decent compliance.

What are your thoughts?

Train with purpose,
