			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have cycled <a href="http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/sacrowedgy" style="color:#3333CC;text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='back';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">back</a> and forth between The Paleo Diet and the <a href="http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/101/?apid=sandyrkc61" target="_blank">Warrior Die</a>t for sometime now and today I decided to get back to being a Warrior. Time to get a bit leaner and meaner. Cat like if you will.</p>
<p>My recent focus has been on developing maximum <a href="http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/easy" style="color:#3333CC;text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/easy';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">strength</a> and I have had some success. I am now able to press the 4o KB Kettlebell. Did it for the first time last Friday. Additionally. I began to <a href="http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/PTTP" style="color:#3333CC;text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/PTTP';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">dead lift</a> with fervor. Haven&#8217;t done it in 25 years and am now attacking it using much valued advice from the <a href="http://www.dragondoor.com/b37.html?apid=sandyrkc61" target="_blank">Purposeful Primitive</a> himself, Marty Gallagher.  In less than one month I went from zero to a bit more than 300 pounds.</p>
<p>While I&#8217;ve been focusing my effort on brute force, I&#8217;ve neglected my nutrition ever so slightly. So back to some real diligence and I decided that the Warrior Diet was the way to get back to desired discipline.</p>
<p>Today was the first <a href="http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/easy" style="color:#3333CC;text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/easy';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">day</a> back to it. I started the day the one cup of fresh blueberries and followed that up with<a href="http://www.parrillo.com/productdetail.asp?id=11" target="_blank"> Parrillo Optimized Whey</a> . A bit later on, I drank a cup of java and had a Parrilo protein bar and some watermelon. Drank a  lot of water all day and had my big meal. A huge spinach salad with raisins, strawberries, blueberries, tomato, celery, cucumber and citrus vinaigrette.  Then I ate a lot of grilled chicken with squash, onions and tomatoes.</p>
<p>Will close with another Parrillo 100% <a href="http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/ProteinPower" style="color:#3333CC;text-decoration:underline;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://www.charmcitykettlebells.com/ProteinPower';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">protein</a> drink before nightie night.</p>
