		<description>First couple of days back after a week&#039;s break from exercise I had tons of energy, but over the next few days that dropped back to a lesser level. And stayed there. The week off told me that I am either overtraining during my &quot;normal&quot; weeks, or not resting and fuelling properly. Or both.</description>
