Week In Review, December 13, 2009

I really took it easy this week. Had to travel to Grand Rapids MI on Tuesday so I all did was some squats on Monday with some pullups and also did some easy 16 kg kettlebell swings on Thursday. When I did my weekly Monday weigh in I was at 180.2 pounds. Keep getting leaner and stronger and I’m very pleased.

It was tough to follow the Primal Blueprint this week. A lot of beer and  a lot of less than primal food. I did my best to stick with it for a few meals but it will be interesting to see my weight tomorrow.

I’ve also been selected to participate in a strength training experiment with Marty Gallagher and Pavel. I think you will see Marty cover it at Dragon Door‘s website but I’ll be discussing my results here as well.

    Im interested in seeing your weight after a week of beer drinking, it usually puts weight on me fast!
