Today’s Snatch Workout


I really focused today on breathing and my grip. What a world of difference! I am preparing for the October RKC and things are progressing nicely for me.

I did snatches on the “top of the minute” today for 17 minutes and did 5 on each side. Total reps was 170 and average heart rate was 155. Felt really good:)

    Looks like we’ll be meeting at the RKC in October! That’s completely fantastic–another thing to look forward to there.
    I don’t know who’s doing your photography, but they’re doing a pretty nice job–nice vignettes. And that image of the KB is very nice with good use of aperture.
