Sandy Sommer, RKC and Lifeline Power Wheel
By Sandy Sommer RKC on in Sandy's Journal, Training Tips & Tricks
I bought a Lifeline Power Wheel not that long ago and decided to get it out of the box and give it a spin today. My goal was to go from the goal box on a soccer to field through the goal standard on the opposite end. That would be approximately 110 yards.
I made it past the center spot, so about half way but my toes dragged the ground a bit and I will make sure that doesn’t happen next time. That drag certainly didn’t help but I am curious if anyone else has done the “Power Wheel” Challenge. If so how have you trained for it? Let me know in the comments area!

Would love to have a crack at this challenge – but the price of shipping these things to NZ makes it impossible to buy one. No one sells them here either, and the next best thing is just a small ab-wheel. Whats with the gloves? ;-p

I didn’t do as well as I had hoped for but no doubt will do better the next time!
