All these years later, and you look great. You look as if you might be in better shape than at 18.
Awesome stuff. I wish I lived in the DC/Baltimore area; I’d join you in a flash. I’ve gotten too fat, too weak, too slow… well, you get the picture: I’m feeling every bit our age, and I want to turn it around.
So, while I can’t join you in person, I’ve been following your blog (nice touch of Web 2.0, by the way; I am mucho impressed) and am so far kettleballing vicariously. Today I looked for kettleballs, thinking that perhaps I could follow along. Confusion reigned. What size kettleball ought I get? Do you have a video or book you recommend?
I know. It’s not the same as being there, but as I’m in Portsmouth, VA, it ain’t happening.
Keep up the great work. I wish you much success with the biz. Hope to see you at some point, perhaps along the shores of the Bai Yuka.
Thanks so much for the kind words. I can tell you that kettlebelling has changed my life. It is really a unique way physically and mentally to bring you back to your youth. Hard to explain.
Also, I didn’t mention I like your use of video (the demo and the interview) on the blog. You’re doing great stuff in the physical world and the cyber world. I wish you much success.
I’m sure our paths will cross in the physical world. Not likely to make it to the fall weekend at Saint James, but I suspect our 30th will be here in the blink of an eye.

I would recommend that you meet this gentleman http://www.beachkettlebell.com/index.htm
I don’t know him personally but I have heard great stuff about him.
You really can’t beat a one-on-one to learn the basics. Once you have done that, then I will have a video recommendation based on your goals:)
The best to you and yours my friend!
