I have just started today with a kettlebell, its not very heavy, but its all i could afford at the moment, i plan on upgrading after a month or so once my strength is up.  I am attempting to lose a good deal of weight as well, mostly around my midsection.  Keep up with the tips and youtube videos! thanks!</description>

Certainly do what works for you. You&#039;re obviously doing great! There&#039;s definitely not one &quot;fit all&quot; style of eating that works for everyone, that&#039;s for sure.
