Fells Point Early AM Kettlebell Class, October

This morning my classes did a Kettlebell circuit consisting of:

KB reverse lunges, alternating

Push Ups

Russian Twists

Alternating Rows

30 seconds on and off for 6 rounds

and we finished with 5 rounds of kettlebell swings, 30 seconds on and off.

Great full body attack and we worked our butts off.

Great workout today!
