Been off here a while. Like the new site!
Have been on warrior diet for 3 weeks- It suits me fine. Happily for me It&#039;s all the foods I normally eat.. just in a different order!! Though I&#039;m still experimenting with eating and training. And been asking all other warrior dietees what their training regime is. I have noticed a drop in my strength, but maybe still in adaption phase( also school hols ;D)

I eat less protein in the day, Generally have a protein drink post training otherwise grab some almonds.

I train later in the day, but thats only because that&#039;s what my diary permits at the moment.
Got a big class tonight so will see how that fits in with my eating :(
