Primal Pork Roast

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2-4 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 1 TBS dried crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp, garlic powder
- 1 tsp, ground ginger
- 2 TBS, kosher salt
- 1 tsp, ground white pepper
- 2 TBS, extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TBS, Red Wine Vinegar
Preparation:
- Pre heat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together in order to make a paste. Paint the whole roast with the paste.
- Roast for 20 minutes and then lower the oven temperature to 250 degrees F. After anohter tow hours check internal with meat thermometer.
- Done at 145 degrees F internal.
- Remove from oven and tent with foil. Rest for 15 minutes before you slice.
