Primal Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Grass Fed stew beef
- 2 TBS. Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Garlic clove, peeled
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika, hot
- dash of allspice
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 TBS almond flour
Brown meat in coconut oil. Do not drain fat. Add all ingredients other than the last three. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf and garlic. Add carrots and celery and simmer another 1/2 hour. Remove 2 cups of hot liquid from stew. In another bowl, wisk together almond flour and 1/4 cup of hot liquid. Stir back into pot and return to simmer. Serve with a big ass mixed salad and enjoy!
